Joined CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, in 2006, where he currently works as a lawyer.

The main areas where he has been working in recent years include litigation and legal advisory in banking, commercial and corporate issues, as well as general and specific advice on civil law matters. He actively participated in various operations and negotiations in various sectors of economic activity, in constitution and restructuring of companies, structuring and contractual planning. He was also advisor to the Prime Minister from 1992 to 1995 and a Court Judge from 1985 to 1989.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1989.

  • Training course for judges in the Judicial Studies Center (1984-1985).
  • Degree in Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1976-1982), specializing in legal and management sciences.
Lecturer academic experience
  • Teacher of Compared Law at the Law Faculty, University of Lisbon (1982/1983).
  • "Junior Lecturer" at the European Institute of Public Administration (1983-1984).
