Restructuring and Recovery

Eva joined CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal practice in Portugal in February 2022.

She develops her practice in Restructuring and Insolvency matters and in Credit Recovery litigation, both to companies in financial distress and to creditors, particularly in the banking, financial and services sectors.

Her practice has been focused on the definition of restructuring models and recovery strategies, the conduction of NPL due diligence procedures and assistance in legal proceedings related to her main practice areas.

Before joining CTSU, Eva was an Associate lawyer at PLMJ Advogados, SP, RL (between April 2019 and January 2022) and a Trainee lawyer at SPS Advogados (2017-2019). She also worked as Legal Manager at PrimeStar Servicing, S.A. (2014-2016) and as Litigation Manager and Compliance Assistant at Banco Popular Portugal, S.A. (2012-2014).

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2019.

• Attendance to course conducting to Masters’ Degree in Tax Management by Instituto Superior de Gestão (lecturing stage), 2010-2011.

• Law Degree by the Law School of Universidade do Porto, 2010.
