Ana Cruz da Fonseca joined CTSU - Sociedade de Advogados, A Deloitte Legal practice, in Portugal, in the end of 2015 and she is currently Managing Associate Lawyer in the M&A department.
Her practice has focused on business acquisitions and other corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and corporate reorganization.
Ana has been working in several M&A transactions, both national and cross border, involving different industries and sectors, such as energy and natural resources, transports, health, banking and capital markets, insurance, real estate and construction, among others.
Her experience includes the performance of legal due diligences and the provision of legal assistance in the subsequent phases of the transaction, namely in the drafting, review and negotiation of the transaction documents, as well as in the review and validation of the fulfilment of any conditions precedent.
Besides the transactional work, Ana has also provided ongoing assistance to commercial companies in corporate governance and corporate reorganization matters.
Ana has also experience in Commercial Law, notably in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial arrangements, such as distribution and partnership agreements.
Ana is member of the Portuguese Bar Association since September 2018.
