Rita joined CTSU - Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal practice in Portugal, in 2021, developing her main professional activities within Labour Law, Corporate and M&A providing assistance to companies in these matters.
Rita has been providing legal advice in drafting and reviewing of employment agreements and, in general, of all relevant documentation within the employment context of several companies. She has also been delivering legal assistance in Due Diligence procedures, labour audits and group restructuring projects, as well as in drafting informative notes and legal opinions on several employment-related matters. Furthermore, she has been actively participating in labour litigation procedures.
On the international context, she is familiarized with the labour legislation across different jurisdictions, such as, for example, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, having provided legal support to foreign companies on this scope.
She also has experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and in commercial registry procedures, providing, as well, support in drafting the correspondent documentation.
She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since January 2021.
