Maria Cabral de Azevedo

Maria joined CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal Practice in Portugal, in July 2022.
Maria is experienced in real estate transactions, advising national and international investors on real estate projects in Portugal. She has also advised developers, insurance companies, banks and investments funds on real estate investments – residential, tourism, commercial, shopping centres and retail parks– having practical experience in real estate due diligence operations, acquisitions, sales and leases. Her experience includes negotiating, drafting and review of transaction documents and construction contracts.
Besides the transactional work, Maria has also provided ongoing legal assistance to investment funds and real estate investors.
She also has experience in tax matters.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2010.
