Hugo joined CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal practice in Portugal in May 2022.

He develops his practice in Credit Recovery litigation and in Restructuring and Insolvency matters, both to companies in financial distress and to creditors, particularly in the automotive, banking, financial and services sectors.

Before joining CTSU he worked at PLMJ Advogados, SP, RL and at Eversheds Sutherland FCB.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2022.

• Postgraduate Degree in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Law by the Law School of Universidade de Lisboa, 2017.
• Attendance to course (lecturing stage) conducting to Masters’ Degree in Corporate Law by Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon School), 2015.
• Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance by the Law School of Universidade de Lisboa, 2015.
• Law Degree by the Law School of Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, 2014.
