End of the remote work recommendation

End to the recommendation to adopt the remote work regime following the declaration of state of warning

We inform that, since February 19th 2022, the Government has decided to revoke the recommendation to adopt the remote work regime as a containing measure to the covid-19 pandemic, following the publication of the Ministers Council’s Resolution no. 25-A/2020 from February 18th 2022, which declared the state of warning throughout the entire national territory.

Notwithstanding the end of the remote work recommendation, we recall that the remote work regime suffered several changes in December 6th 2021 and, as so, as to the employees who remain to provide their work through the remote work regime, the regulations resulting from the Portuguese Labour Code must be followed, which can be consulted in our Legal Insight no. 172, through the link https://www.ctsu.pt/ct/pt/pages/alertas-legais/alerta-legal-n--172---ctsu---alertas-legais.html
