The above mentioned article highlights the analysis of the interest rate swap agreement and, in particular, the eventual understanding and qualification as changed circumstances resulting from the deep economic and financial crisis of 2007-2014, as well as the analysis of the provisions of article 437 of the Portuguese Civil Code and how it has been applicable.
