CTSU’s lawyer attends the “LMA Finance Documentation Seminar”

Miguel Cordeiro, Senior Associate of the Banking & Finance area of practice of CTSU has attended the “LMA Finance Documentation Seminar” in Warsaw, hosted by Deloitte Legal Poland and Euromoney.

The Seminar and networking event took place between 14 to 16 May and aimed to discuss a practical approach with respect to drafting leveraged finance documentation under the Loan Market Association standard.

The event has also presented the opportunity to integrate several Banking & Finance practitioners from different European law firms and offices, members of the Deloitte Legal network.
