Legal alert no. 21

It was published in the Portuguese Official Gazette, on March 7th, 2017, the Decree n. 99/2017 which establishes the age of access to the old-age pension of the general regime of the social security in 2018.

The age of access to the old-age pension, for 2018, will then be 66 years and 4 months.

The present Decree takes effect as from January 1st, 2017.
