João Pinheiro da Silva and Miguel Cordeiro participate in a webinar hosted by Deloitte regarding “Housing supply and taxation” 

Difficulty in accessing housing is a pressing social issue, not only in Portugal but in many developed economies, which the current pandemic context has emphasized.

Recently, the Portuguese Tax Authority published an understanding that can contribute to the improvement of housing supply conditions, through the “real estate investment funds” sector.

It was in this context that, on 5 of June, the Webinar promoted by Deloitte Consultores on “Housing supply and taxation” took place, with the participation of João Pinheiro da Silva and Miguel Cordeiro from CTSU.
