Our highlight of the week is a French agricultural cooperative group’s implementation of a whistleblowing system in compliance with the French and international transparency and anti-corruption standards.

The legal professionals from France (lead), Spain, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Germany and Senegal will be supported by French forensic colleagues in order to achieve an alignment with the internal, dedicated and effective anti-corruption compliance program for the client, in each country/jurisdiction.
