COVID-19 Legal Perspectives - Recover and retrieve

The effects of COVID-19’s pandemic are still spreading rapidly at a global scale, with a negative impact in the economy, across several industries of the companies’ activities. This event is demanding from companies to immediately (re)assess and define the most relevant strategic decisions to carry on with the respective activity.
